Return Policy

You understand that a return request may be made for a part of your order or your entire order. You understand that the return option is only available in the following scenarios:

• Product/(s) have been spoilt/damaged in transit; or
• Product/(s) that arrive in damaged packaging; or
• A wrong product has been delivered.

Hindustanwale shall not be obligated to accept returns for any product that is not spoilt, wrong, or damaged.

You understand that a replacement request is subject to the availability of stock. If a replacement cannot be carried out due to non-availability of stock, the amount will be refunded to you. You understand that you can only raise a replacement request for the same product if the product delivered to you has been damaged in transit, is wrong, or has been delivered in a damaged package. You acknowledge that a replacement request cannot be placed for a different product, an exchange of a product will not be permitted under any circumstances.

Hindustanwale reserves the right to refuse the transaction or delay the refund process by 3-6 months for users with a prior history of questionable charges such as cancellation of bulk orders/ orders and such cancellation has occurred more than once.

My stand or hanging accessory is broken—can I get a replacement?

We will replace a damaged or broken piece up to 48 hours from the date you receive it if the damage is on account of a manufacturing issue on our part.


CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY TIMELINE

Rest assured, we aim for your order to be in your hands within 1-3 weeks following dispatch from our New Delhi warehouse. Please understand that while we strive for prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect this timeframe. To keep tabs on your order, utilize the "Track Your Order" page in the website footer, using your order number for easy tracking.
