 Our online store, Hindustanwale, is currently open and fulfilling orders regularly. With the utmost concern for the health and safety of our team and community, we are crafting car accessories inspired by profound faith, all handcrafted and gold plated, from our studio in Delhi. While we are working diligently to process and ship orders as promptly as possible, we kindly ask for your understanding as there may be a slight delay in shipping times. Your patience and support mean the world to us. Rest assured; we aim for your order to be in your hands within 1-3 weeks following dispatch from our New Delhi warehouse.

I’ve placed an order online and need an update. Who do I call or email?

You acknowledge that delivery may be delayed depending on the source of dispatch, warehouse, and your destination pin code. The actual estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you once the product has been shipped.

You can reach out directly to orders@hindustanwale.com. All of your orders are packed by hand from the studio, Monday-Saturday, 11 - 7 pm. That is the best time to contact us and expect a timely response :) We take up to 24 to 48 hours to respond, so patience is much appreciated. 

Please be advised that unforeseen circumstances such as logistical challenges, national holidays, public disturbances, natural disasters, or other force majeure events may potentially cause delays in the delivery of your ordered products. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that refunds or cancellations will not be granted due to any such delays beyond our control, even if they exceed the estimated delivery time displayed on the website or communicated to you.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please take care to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address during checkout, as we cannot be held liable for delivery issues stemming from incorrect information provided by the customer. In the event of an incorrect address, a triple shipping cost will be incurred: once for the failed delivery, once for the return to us, and once for re-shipment to the corrected address. Kindly note that prices and shipping policies are subject to change without prior notification.

Do you cover for lost or stolen packages?


We do not refund for packages lost in transit.

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent if and when they are received back at Hindustanwale and will incur a reshipment fee.
